This Customer Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of any digital product offered by Anointed Books Digital ("we," "us," "our"). It applies to every access type we offer: one-time purchase, subscription, and complimentary (free) access.
By checking the acceptance box at checkout, or by accessing any product we provide, you agree to the terms below.
You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to access a digital, interactive study product delivered through our website. You are not purchasing a physical book. You are not purchasing ownership of the content, and no intellectual property rights transfer to you.
Our products are interactive study tools. Depending on the title, they may include writable response fields, study questions, journaling sections, printable pages, and group-study features. These are delivered digitally and accessed through our reader.
Free access is a courtesy, not an entitlement. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to limit, suspend, revoke, or permanently remove free access — whether for an individual recipient or for all recipients — without notice, without explanation, and without compensation of any kind.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to one-time purchases and to subscription charges alike.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
If you experience a technical problem accessing your product, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly. Most access issues are quickly fixable.
If we are unable to restore your access to a product you paid for, you may exchange that purchase for another product of equal or lesser value from our catalogue. This exchange right is your sole and exclusive remedy in place of a refund.
Your access is granted for your own personal study, or for use in a study group that you personally lead or participate in. You may print pages for your own study use.
You may not:
Sharing or redistributing access is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
If you have any concern about your purchase, contact us first. We respond to customers.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and to present this Agreement, together with the timestamped record of your acceptance, to the payment processor and issuing bank as evidence of the terms you agreed to.
We aim to keep products continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update products, correct errors, or modify content. We may retire a title from our catalogue; where a paid title is retired, Section 4's exchange remedy applies.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible.
You and we each agree that claims will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
By checking the acceptance box at checkout, or by accessing a product provided to you, you agree to this entire Agreement.
You further agree that your electronic acceptance — together with the date, time, IP address, and email address recorded at the moment of acceptance — constitutes your legally binding electronic signature under applicable electronic signature law. You waive any claim or defense that this acceptance does not constitute your signature, or that the Agreement is unenforceable because it was accepted electronically.
We retain a record of the version of this Agreement in effect at the time of your acceptance.
Our products are provided for study and educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question.
We may update this Agreement. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Updated versions apply to purchases made after their effective date, and to ongoing subscriptions after reasonable notice.
